I was excited to check it out, but pretty much everything I actually wanted ended up being unavailable. It kind of felt like a bait and switch, showing all these options, then not having any of them when I tried to get them

Checkout was smooth, honestly. The shipping options took me a second to figure out, like, I thought I picked one and then had to double-check, but the payment went through on the first try, and the order confirmation email showed up fast.

Maybe it’s just him, but a few of the toys felt like they were meant for a younger kid. He still checked them out, just didn’t seem super into some of them.

I ordered from maplelandmark.com because I liked that their stuff is made in the USA, so I expected a little more. But right out of the box, it didn’t make a great first impression. The packaging was really plain, and the finish on the item felt kind of rough, which made it seem less premium than the price suggested. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I was disappointed overall.

The wood feels nice and solid, so I guess that’s a good sign environmentally? The packaging wasn’t terrible, but it felt like it could’ve been a bit better or maybe less wasteful. Overall, seems like they’re trying, at least.

I bought a wooden toy from Maple Landmark thinking, okay, it’s a little pricier, but it should last. Unfortunately, the wood started chipping way sooner than I thought it would, and it wasn’t even being played with that roughly. I kept thinking, really? Already? For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

The site works okay overall, but it felt a bit clunky to use. I found the navigation kind of confusing, like I had to click around a few times to figure out where things were. It’s not terrible, just not as smooth as I expected

I’m particular about colors, especially when something is advertised as bright and playful, so this was a letdown for me. The photos made it look really fun, but in person the colors were dull and kind of washed out.
Maybe I just got an unlucky batch, but for the price, I expected it to look a lot better. My kid usually gets excited opening stuff like this, and even they didn’t seem impressed.

I tried reaching out about my order, and it took what felt like forever to get a reply. When they did respond, the messages were short and didn’t really answer much. After I paid, it kind of felt like I was on my own.

I’ll admit, this gave me a nice little throwback to my childhood, which I really liked at first. But after buying it, I keep thinking it was probably more expensive than it needed to be. It has that old-school charm, but I’m not totally sure I’d spend that much on it again.

Tried to return it and the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be. Still no refund. Just waiting.

The edges especially made it feel like it needed one more round of sanding or polishing before being sent out. There were also some dull patches that caught my eye right away, and for the price, I kept feeling stuck with something that should’ve been better.

Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, but it’s frustrating because I don’t really feel good about keeping it or ordering again. Unless the finish quality improves, I’d probably pass next time

I did a little looking around before I ordered, and Maple Landmark seemed reasonable price-wise. Not the cheapest option out there, but for wooden stuff made in the US, it didn’t feel overpriced or like they were just... you know. Shipping wasn’t bad either, so overall I felt good about what I paid.

I ordered a wooden name train for my nephew, i had a good feeling about it as soon as I saw it. It ended up being a big hit. It was easy to pick out, didn’t look cheap at all, and his parents seemed to really like it too. Shipping was totally fine. My gut says Maple Landmark is a solid choice, and I’d definitely order from them again for birthdays

I ordered a wooden toy after feeling kind of trapped by all the cheap plastic options out there, and I’m really happy with this one. The craftsmanship is great, the edges are smooth, it feels sturdy, and it doesn’t seem like it was rushed at all. My kid loves playing with it, and it looks nice enough that I don’t mind having it out around the house. Definitely feels like something that’ll last for years

I didn’t really get a trustworthy vibe from this brand. Not saying it’s a scam, but something about the whole experience just felt a little off to me.
